Host Your Class or Meeting at Board!

Looking for an inviting, upscale space to host your next class, workshop, or meeting? Board In Birmingham offers a warm, intimate setting that’s perfect for creative gatherings, professional presentations, and small group events.​​​

​Fee

The event fee is $12 per person with a minimum of eight (8) guests ($96), not including the instructor.

A deposit of $96 is required within four (4) days of receiving your invoice to secure your event date. This deposit will be applied toward the first eight (8) guests.

Any additional guest fees will be due and payable at the conclusion of the event.

 

Capacity

20–28 seated guests (depending on setup) We'll meet prior to your event to decide on your room setup needs. A final guest count is required no later than two (2) days prior to the event. Board In Birmingham reserves the right to cancel the event at any time for any reason.

-Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
-Cancellations made four (4) to thirteen (13) days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
-Cancellations made within three (3) days of the event are non-refundable and the deposit will be forfeited.

+Each attendee receives their choice of a charcuterie cup or a glass of wine* (must be 21+)

Instructor Perk: Instructors receive both a charcuterie cup and glass of wine complimentary

How It Works

1. Declare Your Intention

Are you wanting to host a private or public class, workshop or meeting? What is the name of your event? What will you be offering? Submit a brief summary of your event for approval. While we love supporting creative ideas, we reserve the right to approve or decline events at our discretion.

 

2.Reserve Your Event

Submit your requested date(s) and time(s) for approval. You can review our Calendar to see possible availability but please note that this may not always be immediately up-to-date.
 

3. Create Your Flyer

Design an 8.5" x 11" flyer in Canva that includes your ticket or RSVP link. Send me the link to your Canva file to proof.

- We strongly suggest you also make smaller flyers, 4.25" x 5.5" to handout everywhere you go!

 

4. Event Promotion

If open to the public, we will promote your event across our platforms, including:

- In-restaurant display

- Facebook and Instagram posts. You’ll also be added as a co-host on the Facebook event, with your ticket link included.

- Our website’s event calendar

- Our monthly email newsletter

- You may choose to also submit your event to online resources such as BhamNow, Birmingham365, 280 Living, Hoover Sun, Hoover Area Chamber of Commerce, certain Facebook groups and more. Please note that you will be responsible for the accuracy of said event articles.​​
