Meredith Dairy Marinated Goat & Feta
You know when you taste something so good it makes you question everything you've ever believed about cheese? That’s Meredith Dairy’s Marinated Goat Cheese & Feta. It’s not just cheese—it’s an experience. A lifestyle. Possibly even a small, edible miracle.
Imported from Victoria, Australia, this cheese comes packed in a dreamy mix of olive oil, garlic, and herbs that smells like your kitchen on its best day. The goat cheese is whipped-smooth and silky, while the feta brings that gentle tang that makes everything on your plate taste more expensive.
We first brought it in as a quiet little experiment. Would people go for a fancy jarred cheese from halfway across the world? Would it be too indulgent?
It flew. Off the boards. Off the shelves. Off our spoons before it ever saw a cracker. We had regulars asking us to hide jars in the back. One customer bought three at once and whispered, “I don’t want to share.”
Here’s how we love to use it:
Dolloped on warm toast with honey and chili flakes
Swirled into pasta with roasted vegetables
Spooned right onto a charcuterie board with crusty bread (obviously)
Eaten straight from the jar, standing at the fridge, like a heathen with impeccable taste
It’s vegetarian, it’s made on a family farm, and honestly—it tastes like someone cared. Which is probably why we keep caring enough to tell everyone about it.
Want to try it? Stop by Board In Birmingham and ask for the cheese that’s probably already won Australia’s version of a Grammy. Or maybe a Nobel Prize. We’re not sure. But it deserves one.
